My name is Sarah,

I'm the founder & owner of Tranquil Trails Dog Walking. I am a lifelong animal lover and proud pet parent. I created this company to provide safe, reliable and compassionate dog walking services- I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your fur-baby! I've always had a passion for animals & nature, so I thought what a better way to combine the two than nature walks with dogs. Taking care of dogs (and all animals) is truly my passion. I have 6 years of experience walking & sitting dogs professionally and 10 years total experience in the animal care industry. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, needs, ages, sizes and personalities; so I know how to adapt to provide personalized care ensuring your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness. I love getting to know what makes each pup unique! I have many dog related certifications and always enjoy expanding my knowledge to stay up to date with the best practices in dog care.

That aside, I grew up with dogs and many little critters. I was always my family & friends go to person when it came to animal care, questions and support. That lifelong connection has shaped my passion and understanding of animal care. Caring for animals has always come natural to me and I take pride in being someone both people & pets can rely on.

I currently have an adopted blind older dog, Oliver! He’s the sweetest pup, he loves accompanying me during my work outings so look out for him in the pictures.

I am truly a huge animal lover and I’d love to have your pup join my pack!

This is Oliver!

*In Loving Memory of Oliver, the sweetest boy*

He is an 8 year old lab mix rescue from Georgia. Even though he’s a blind older pup with hip issues and special needs he still loves life! Oliver loves a good sniff outside, getting treats and booty scratches. Oliver learns all his doggy friends by name and gets very excited to know when they are coming over or when we are going on and outing with them!

This is Athena! She is a 7 year old South American Wood Turtle. Athena was special ordered at a store and then abandoned so I took her in. Her favorite things involve lounging in her pool and digging a hole in the dirt to sleep in. She’s always a hungry hippo when it comes to feeding time!

This is Charlie! He is a 7 year old Crested Gecko. He’s a very laid back guy, his favorite things involve lounging in his log and eating watermelon flavored Crested Gecko food!

This is Hades! He is a 1 year old rescue Crested Gecko. Unfortunately Hades original owner couldn’t care for him anymore so I adopted him. He’s a very spry young guy, his favorite things involve eating mealworms and exploring his tank!

This is Bertha! She is a 10 year old Parrot Cichlid. She is very sassy and territorial, she prefers the solo life. She loves her fish pellets. Many pups I’ve had over enjoy watching her swim around, she’s huge!
